I cut some stripes in stencil plastic to do this, unlike the presented technique because I didn't have any low-tack tape. Five different colors of dye ink overlapped somewhat randomly, and one big floral stamp embossed in black.
Scrapbooking, card making, paper crafting, and die cutting!
